I guess I just wanted you and your staff to know the positive impact they have had on my daughter, and what a difference that can then make to a family living with someone who has special needs. I think the type of work you do is often under-appreciated, so I just wanted to quickly let you know how much it means to us.

I feel I have to say that R going to My Day has to be the best decision we have ever made for him. He’s always been a loving, happy boy but since the move he’s actually become even happier, nicer and interacts a lot more. Huge thanks to all who work there and care for him. 😀

We have never felt so well supported and just know that they are well looked after, as well as being meaningfully engaged in a wide range of activities that they are able to move between easily. Nothing is too much trouble; the staff team is simply amazing.

Lucy is a natural inspirational leader who looks to employ staff who have potential to uphold her values, and she inspires them to be the best. I have never been let down in terms of care arrangements or level of care. Above all, Lucy instils a real love for the wellbeing of vulnerable clients which then spills over to the ways in which her staff behave.

You offered R a place to go to and try out new things but in reality, you've given him a chance to meet new people, overcome new challenges and most importantly of all to find himself. My family and I cannot thank you enough for giving him this opportunity. I will certainly be recommending My Day to everyone I meet.
